Why in the news?

The Batadrava Cultural Project in Nagaon district is set for formal inauguration on December 29, to be done by the Union Home Minister. Ahead of this, the Chief Minister reviewed the final phase of construction, signalling the completion of one of Assam’s most ambitious cultural and spiritual infrastructure projects.

What is Batadrava Than and why is it important?
