1 · What is the news?
| Scientists have achieved a massive medical breakthrough by combining Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Quantum Computing. Researchers at the Technical University of Denmark used this technology to design special molecules called ‘peptides’ that help the human immune system recognize and fight diseases like cancer. Usually, AI is great at designing medicines for common genetic profiles but fails for rare genetic groups because it lacks historical data. By using a highly advanced ‘photonic quantum computer’, scientists gave the AI a better, wider “starting point.” This allowed the AI to design effective, personalized treatments for everyone, regardless of how rare their immune profile is. This is a huge leap toward fair and inclusive healthcare. |
