About Mission Prakriti

Mission Prakriti is a student-led environmental programme that transforms schools into eco-friendly, sustainable spaces while building ecological awareness among young students.

It is implemented by WWF India in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha (the Government of India’s integrated school education scheme under the National Education Policy framework).

Operates under: WWF-India and Samagra Shiksha Assam (SSA)

• Implemented in 4,723 ICT-enabled schools across all districts.

• 56,000 teachers
• 5.65 lakh students
