The Indian Air Force (IAF) marked its 93rd anniversary with a spectacular full-scale flying display over the Brahmaputra River in Guwahati — the first-ever event of its kind in the Northeast region.

• The grand finale was performed by the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and Sarang helicopter display team, demonstrating precision flying and formation aerobatics.

The event is  hailed as a symbol of national pride and strength, inspiring Assam’s youth to join the Air Force. The IAF Chief confirmed that such air shows will be organized regularly in the Northeast to foster patriotism and encourage enlistment.
