Ajmal IAS Academy’s Interview Guidance Programme (IGP) is a focused and result-oriented initiative designed for candidates appearing in the APSC CCE 2024 Personality Test. The programme aims to refine candidates’ personality, clarity of thought, and articulation skills required to perform confidently before the interview board.

The programme begins with in-depth DAF (Detailed Application Form) analysis, where each candidate receives personalized feedback to identify strengths, address gaps, and align answers with their background and profile. This is complemented by individual mock interviews, conducted in a real interview-like environment to help candidates gain confidence and composure.

To ensure contextual readiness, the programme includes Assam-specific sessions covering state-related issues, governance, culture, and current affairs—an essential component of the APSC interview. Candidates also participate in peer mock sessions, encouraging collaborative learning and mutual feedback to improve expression and presence.

The programme culminates with expert panel mock interviews, where experienced faculty and domain experts provide final-stage evaluation and strategic guidance for performance improvement.

Registration begins on 15th December, and the programme starts on 17th December. This structured guidance ensures holistic preparation for aspirants aiming to excel in the APSC CCE 2024 interview stage.
